Tim Whitmire, Senior Loan Officer, has been originating mortgage loans since the opening of Confidence Mortgage in 2001. He is licensed to originate MO & IL home loans and has experience in originating FHA and VA loans. He has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Fontbonne University and two assoiciate's degrees from St. Louis Community College at Meramec.

Tom Whitmire, Senior Loan Officer, Has been in the mortgage industry with Confidence Mortgage over six years.  He takes pride in growing his volume of business by earning his customer's trust by giving them prompt service and providing them results while maintaining his integrity.  Tom is a graduate from the University of Missouri - St. Louis with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance.
